Preston Randolph
I fell in love with all things athletic at an early age playing any sport I could in Dallas, Texas. Sports allowed me to travel the country and become an All-State Wrestler and an NCAA Division I lacrosse player. I have learned a lot from many athletes, industry experts, and professors in my years of training and playing various sports and through honors-level work towards my kinesiology degree. These mentors have fed my passion for fitness and health which is why I want to share with everyone around me a path to a healthy, less stressful lifestyle in an enjoyable, customizable way.
Hercules Fitness is an all-inclusive brand that encourages anyone from any walk of life to join judgment-free. I am dedicated to giving you authentic and real results in the gym through patience and persistence with each one of my clients. Each program I have created and executed is designed from research and live trials and gives the utmost attention to detail to ensure that you will get your desired results.
